Terms of Service

All shipping is with USPS. DESERTFIRE Gemstones is not financially responsible for any shipments lost, pilfered, damaged or destroyed. We cannot be held responsible for your selection of a lower shipping rate with no insurance.

Returns are accepted when returned within 14 days of the shipping date if merchandise is returned in it's original condition with a copy of the original invoice. Some returns over 14 days are accepted but they must be approved. They will include a 20% restocking fee if we are able to accept the return and can only be refunded with a store credit. Sorry, returns are not accepted on Supersale and Closeout items nor on items purchased durring one of our store wide sale events. To make a return contact us via [email protected]
